At Valoriim, we like to explore together. We believe that the strongest teams and workplaces are built through shared experiences and memories, both at work and beyond. Some of the activities we have organized so far are sailing in the archipelago, trekking on high-altitude trails, glamping in the woods, and traveling to Japan.
In addition to this, we also have a lovely office that we enjoy spending time in. It’s a place where we can all feel comfortable and motivated to do our best work, and at the same time come together for breakfast, fika, and after-work gatherings.

The Valoriim Buddy System
We believe in a warm and supportive onboarding experience. That’s why every new team member is paired with a dedicated buddy – an experienced colleague who will guide and support you during your first weeks with us. Your buddy will help you settle in, introduce you to your new colleagues, and answer any questions you may have.
